Hey guys! im still quite confused here, so today i ate a Pb sandwhich and a glass of milk for breakfast and half a banana, after this, i decided to go lift, soon as i finished had a protein shake, then 1 hour after i ate a good meal with enough carbs and protein at around 13:00 pm. then at 16:00 i had some weetabix with soymilk, which is only around 10 grams protein, then, i was invited to the beach so i went and didnt eat anything till 20:15 pm, i ate everything on sight, from pizza, pasta to meat, did it harm my muscle gains to spend 4 hours more with no food? considering i felt soreness from the morning workout and some weakness right before dinner?
