So yeah, i got my gainer in the mail a couple of days ago, (Star nutrition gainer pro) and i was wondering how much and how often i shouldt take this supplement. The instruction on the package says that i should take 90g after a workout, but that isn't according to weight or anything. i just turned 16 and I train 4-6 days a week not much cardio ( ill have to starat with cardio soon) , mainly strenght. My weight is 154/ 70kg and my height is 6 feet/ 185 cm. my goal with the gainer is to gain more mass. i dont want to gain weight in body fat just muscle. so i am very unsure how much i should take.
Thanks, all serious replies is apprieciated
Sincerely, Guy from Norway

You have no reason to look Into supplements at your age. You are living on your parents dime this is your time to start training and nutrition habits that will stay with you once you are on your own and responsible for yourself. Take advantage of that and eat a lot and right, lift heavy and work on getting your form on your major exercises solid. Because of your age we aren't allowed to reccomend you supplements but at this point you really have no need for them. Good Luck!

At 16, read this.
Dont worry about supplements, just eat plenty of whole foods. Drink whole milk, eat tons of peanut butter, whole eggs etc.Official MuscleTech Representative
