How fast have you been losing/gaining weight in the past two weeks?

What I'm asking is how much weight did you lose/gain per week on average?

    Oh definitely man.

If you've been losing 0.5lb per week, time to increase your calories by 200. If you were plateau'd and stuck, I'd say by 100, but try 200.
