I been bulking, eating every 3 hours with a protein shake. I get my 200 grams of it a day. So my question is, if were to go for a 6 packs will I have to change my diet to a deficit, or can i stay with bulking? Also what abdominal exercises should i use to gain the biggest gains. By the way i still work my abs while bulking, i try not to forget body parts when working out. Thank you for any help.

Uhhh there is no better exercise for abs than the curl up (situp-crunch hybrid) thingies the Military has you do. It works pretty much all parts of your abs.
Regular crunches are the best for specifically the top 6 abs tho.
That being said, Ab muscles are tough to get large. You have to either have some monster abs and a decently low body percentage, or some girly abs and a really low BF%.Follow my quest for 100,000 pull ups this year
