    What exercises can I do with a broken arm?

    Recently snapped my humerus, need to stop feeling sorry for myself and do whatever I can in the gym while it heals.

    I know I can do every leg exercise except squats as I can't hold the bar to balance it but I'm struggling to think of much else

    Seriously... Body weight squats, leg press ( if you have help loading the sled ) calve work, leg curls.
