    Need help!!!

hello, on a my legs and shoulders day I do this:

    Shoulder press 4x8
    Upright row 4x8
    Squat 4x8
    SLDL 4x8
    Calf raise 2x12-15
    Leg Extension 3x12

Im confused about the rep ranges, how do i decide the rep ranges I use? Also i think i should add another shoulder exercise, should i take a leg exercise out and add shoulder or just add a another shoulder to the whole workout? thanks.

Why would you train shoulders and legs together?

    3-5 = strength (explosive)
8-12 = mass (slow and controlled)
    12+ = endurance

The numbers aren't really that important, but it's a decent guideline to go by. What's more important is the way you're training.

    Chest/Arms
    Legs
    Back/Shoulders
    Repeat
    Rest

I have yet to find a routine that I like more. You can also take the rest day in between instead of after.
