Why in the world would you eat 7 times per day???
Are those your absolute favorite foods?
What's your estimated TDEE?
Do you know that 100 grams of protein is entirely sufficient and consuming more imparts on special benefit?
Why are you consuming so much processed fast food that is high in protein (protein shakes)?
Do you know that consuming more than 6 to 12 ounces of tuna per week poses health risks.

Its only 4 big meals, as you can read the others are only bananas, nuts and cottage cheese. And what do you mean by the last sentence about the extra protein?
I know plenty of fitness models eating 3 cans of tuna a day, and theyre perfectly fine, however i will usually be eating fresh salmon instead of tuna.
And whats wrong with two whey shakes and 1 casein shake to meet my calorie objective?

100gr of protein when bulking is nowhere near enough.
I agree for the tuna though. The canned tuna contains mercury so it's not good to go heavy on it. I've even read that some specialists recommend no more than 1 can a week.
As for the plan - do you really have the time to cook all these stuff? If yes - don't do it and invest your time in something better. Just cook a bulk of rice and eat from it for couple of days. Then do pasta. Same for the meats. I would add some wholemeal bread as well, for example for breakfast. Keep **** simple!
