    3 day split yay or nay?

    Sup guys. Im new here. I'd like to know your opinions on my 3 day split:

    Chest/Back
    Shoulders/Arms
    Legs/Lower Back

    You think this is effective?

    if you're new, then a 3 day full body routine would be better
    Deadlift- 385lbs

    Bench- 240lbs

    If you're doing a 3 day split you'd get teh most results from a fullbody. Bodypart splits are meant to be 6 days a week.

    do full body if you can only train 3x a week. you don't have to train 6x a week on a split, but if you do want to train a split then a push/pull/legs is probably ideal, and that usually works best when done 6x a week, so 2x a wk frequency for each body part.
