sorry but i think i have a couple of lbs LBM over that marc fitt guy at the same bodyfat if not lower....and im 19, and havent even used a full tub of creatine yet(bought one 2-3 years ago, didnt really like it so never finished it, now im pretty much supplement free except the occasional whey post workout)

edit: you ninja edited that while I was quoting lol. And yeah I'm tracking my macros pretty damn accurately and trying to gain strength on a p/p/l routine. I started at 14 but it took me two years to get the slightest clue what I'm doing lol. Marc Fitt is my goal physique to have hopefully before I'm 20.

Lol no worries bro, I was a gymnast for 6 years (6-12) then lifted like a gym bro (chest and arms everyday, legs notevenonce) until I decided to start bodybuilding in 2011 (hitting macros, legit workout split, etc). Sorry for confusion. I have been in the gym my whole life.

I am by far nowhere near the natty limit, I got killed at my first pro show. Those dudes are on another level...

can hit 225x12 on flat bench at 173 lbs.. diets really really weak right now, gotta kick it in to gear so my abs can come back into form. was looking dam good for a few months but slacked off in the kitchen. not sure if i should just say fuk it and go to 185ish or drop to a shredded 163

Meh, 18 what do you know. They have a legit channel in my opinion and don't have freakishly insane physiques that most roid users would have. Guy has insane genetics but still been at it for 10 + years.

They have some cool exercises that I've been using and definitely are fun to use instead of the same **** everytime as well as decent meals that I like to add...some of its basic **** but some of its not so idk.

I think they are legit though.

ok shut you gob for a second, I checked out the dude, being 219lbs pretty ripped at arnd 6'2" ish height (I CHECKED) is def ACHIEVABLE natty hell for even a minute or two I thought dude might actually be natty, regardless his physique may be achievable or near achievable natty, how ever as soon as I clicked his channel name I saw my doubts return, his partner is def 203.14...% not natty bro, ****er is sporting near 19"+ arms, that's not even remotely natural, even if all this ****er takes is pro hormones his partner isn't natty and I'd bet money he isn't either. At your height I would put the chances of you being able to match home boys physique natty at right under 0%. Ain't gunna happen, if you have a friend thats 6' you can tell him he can achieve the physique of the GUY you posted after 6+ years of hard lifting but his friend physique no natty will ever achieve.

They are both in there upper 20's and have been lifting since 17-18...where as you are just 21 and think your invincible and rule the world. You didn't want to run the marathon but sprinted instead by ridin.
