Bros... We've been dooped, we've been deceived, and we've just been flat out lied to. I'm here to offer just a couple of examples of someone who exemplifies what we call the natty limit. I'm sick of these guys on youtube who are full and dry and shredded and claiming natty, giving unrealistic expectations to those of us who are natty. I'm truly sorry if this hurts or discourages you in any way, but it's the truth. I know because I was one of those kids who started lifting weights and thought I could take my multi and my creatine and just get as big as I wanted. I thought I could look like god damn Jay Cutler if I just trained long enough. Well the wool has been pulled over our eyes brothers and I just wanted to give you some realistic expectations of what the AVERAGE GYM RAT can expect to look like. I'm not saying that there are not naturals out there who look better... I repeat. I'M NOT SAYING THAT THERE ARE NOT NATURALS OUT THERE WHO LOOK BETTER. So don't rip me a new a$$hole ok?
CLIFFS: THIS IS WHAT THE AVERAGE LIFTING MISCER CAN ASPIRE TO LOOK LIKE REALISTICALLY.
Get your tissues ready... Most wont believe this because we've been dooped into believing these fitness model physiques are attainable natty but they just aren't. Those guy's careers depend on them coming in full and dry and shredded, why would they admit being not natty? They couldn't even if they wanted to because they would lose their sponsorships. Anyways... Pretty much the biggest and leanest a natty (with AT LEAST average dedication to the lifestyle) can get is someone like Marc Fitt or Scott Herman. AND THAT'S NOT A BAD THING!!

Again, i want to reiterate... I am talking about us guys who have AVERAGE TO ABOVE AVERAGE DEDICATION TO THE SPORT. Now before you go posting some pics of some hulked up powerlifter or a guy who has 13% bf and looks huge, please understand. To be big is one thing, to be lean is one thing, to be lean AND big natty is something totally different. Peace guys please don't take this the wrong way, I'm just trying to set some reasonable goals for us naturals. These guys look great and I would love to look like either of them.
We're all gonna make it.

I'll prove you wrong. Herman has **** form on lots of his lifts taking away from his aesthetics anyways

I agree OP, and I think it's sad how all these young guys who are just starting out are getting fooled by the con artists in the industry(the biggest of whom is Lame Nordstrom), to spend thousands of dollars on worthless supplements thinking they'll get huge. I believe Scott Herman is about as big you can get as a natty with average genetics, someone with good genetics might be able to add about 10 lbs to that, but that's it.
IMO Scott looks great(no homo) and any person should be happy to look like that.

205lb 10% BF is attainable and maintainable naturally...a good amount of years training, at least 5-7, know your body and have good knowledge about nutrition. At least people at my height
Carb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.

A natty can't achieve a lot when it comes to aesthetics and being low bf, but can achieve a lot of size and strength. It is perfectly possible for me to be 15% bf at 265, and be strong as fukk. Why is it so important to be below 10%? Women don't care about that, you walk down the street 200lbs 10% and you might get some look, but the guy that is 265 15% park crowds.

Meh, 18 what do you know. They have a legit channel in my opinion and don't have freakishly insane physiques that most roid users would have. Guy has insane genetics but still been at it for 10 + years.
They have some cool exercises that I've been using and definitely are fun to use instead of the same **** everytime as well as decent meals that I like to add...some of its basic **** but some of its not so idk.
