I did the occasional squat clean, and back squats when we were made to in weight training but never seriously on my own. Somehow they were my strong point on stage. Still sub 405 squat max feelsbadman

Scott Herman may or may not be natural (he does blow up in some vids) but his look is attainable. He doesn't have much hardness, separation, vascularity or capped delts. That Fitt guy in the first pic looks too hard to be natural. Yeah he's very small but LOADS of models, not even fitness models, use gear to get lean dry and hard like that.

i already talked about this, he's prolly more like 12-14%, but TRUST ME, my bro is natty. i lived with him last year and will be again this year. he started training when he was 14 and is 21 now, he's strong as hell. people on the misc limit themselves hardcore. if he got down to contest shape yeah he'd be a lot lighter.

I can't speak for the general natural limit etc, but I can speak from my own experiences without BS'ing you as I've since used so I'd have no reason to fraud.

I won't post any modelling/edited pics so you get a true idea of what I look like

I've been training on and off since 2008, but only seriously/with any sort of goal since early 2011.

May/June 2012 natty around 6 foot 84-85kg





Competed in Men's Physique Show Natty in Nov 2012 (similar weight) - Me on far right



April 2013 I ran a course of an oral hormone and an (cutting) oral drug (I won't specify so don't ask/PM, but anyone with rudimentary knowledge of hormones should be able to guess). Fairly low/moderate doses for a few months

April 2013 I was a pretty bloated mess before I started (took time off and then 'bulked') - Weighed about 91kg



June 2013 - about 8-10 weeks later at 87kg

I actually ended up getting marked down in my physique show for being too vascular/grainy, LOL. I'm not pro or anti AAS, nor am I ridiculously dedicated (I train hard but enjoy my life and take plenty of time off when necessary) but thought that would be a nice HONEST insight for some people

Checking back in.... Just want to say I DO believe you can get bigger and leaner than the two guys I posted naturally, but not the average lifter who isn't competing or devoting damn near his entire life to it. Average joes like us miscers (the ones that lift), who still hang out with friends on the weekends, have cheat meals, half ass count macros, just lift for a fun and healthy hobby... That's who this thread is addressed to. Can we all agree on that?
