~Joe Thomas, The grind to the North Americans ~Get in here and show some love

Joe is doing his contest prep and a little more than a week out (August 31st), so he's busy and we want to let him focus on his on stuff so i'll be doing alot of post on his behalf.
-Had the chance to meet Joe at the Dallas Europa, the man's a monster, humble and willing to share information.
-He's planning to make heavyweight at the show

Will be alot more vids to come, so make sure you guys sub to this thread and his youtube!

Show some love guys, lets give him that positive energy to get on stage and tear it up.

just gotta say that Ive been seeing Joe in the magazines for a few years now and finally had the chance to meet him this past weekend at the Europa Super Show in Dallas. The guy is a beast and a true gentleman, he also has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training and nutrition and i had the chance to pick his brain on a few topics. Definitely excited to see how he does next week. GOOD LUCK BRO!

Big fan of Joe (Legend) going back to the MD forum days. Always willing to share and give great advice....learned a lot in my early BBing days just reading his posts. Had the good fortune to meet him on several occasions at the Europa and he was always friendly and humble. A big thanks to Joe and wishing him the best at the North Americans!!!! He one of the real good guys in the sport......
