Calipers tell a much more different story than charts...Given the right lighting those percentages can be skewed.
Not trying to say that i look better than i do, i'm simply stating the fact that he is wrong about me being at 18%-20%, especially since i already know what my BF is...which isn't 18-20%

I know they do, but they underestimate bf%. They're great for tracking relative progress though. That chart is one of if not the most accurate one I can find online (srs)

I am 5'10" and 170lb but I am a fat kunt, I admit that. 27% body fat last time I checked the scales, so to get down to 10% I gotta lose a fuking shytload of fat, I can't even work that out. 17% of 170? 29lb of fat ergo 2 stone! TWO FUKING STONE OF EXCESS FAT ON ME. What would I weigh if my BF was 10% and my muscle mass stayed the same? 170 - 29 = 140lb. This gives you some idea about how little muscle mass I have. Most girls are stronger than me, srs. Why do you think I am always on the Misc. When someone lifts for say 6 months like I have, you'd think they would look like they lift, but I simply went from "really really weak" to just "really weak". Its going to take ten years I know it is. I can't even lift without going to sleep in the daytime every single day. Maybe I am overtraining but this is me overtraining, I am overtraining just walking up a flight of stairs. I think I better just do cardio for 6 months then see if I am fit enough to start lifting properly because it isn't working. The sad part is I do gain strength at a normal level, its just a killer.

fuk this thread, i'm getting depressed. I'm 5'10 about 196lbs right now sitting around 15% or so. Just starting my cut this week. I should be around 180lbs about 10% or so, I'm cutting real slow. I'm going to prove that every fuking person is different....natty or not.

OP if you're 10% bodyfat or more, you need another 10-15 lbs to be more aesthetic. If you think women flirting with you is all about your physique, you're very wrong. BRB, a lot more women flirting and throwing themselves at me at 14-15% bodyfat than when I was 5-6%. Why? More relaxed, chill and confident. Don't believe the hype that muscles by themselves will get you more women. All it can help is get your foot in the door a little easier.

That chart is garbage and no one should take it seriously. The first two are pretty much the same bodyfat, just diuretics difference and gym pump/vascularity from certain drugs. The 10-12% is actually 6-8% with a film of water. The 15% is 10-12%. 20% is still under 15%.
This black dude who claims 220lbs is nowhere near 18%, he would hold much more chest fat at 18%. More like 12%, but he's frauding his weight cos he's nowhere near 220lbs unless he has Tom Platz legs under there or a 20 inch cock.
