Is fat necessary during muscle recovery?

I read in an online article recently that consuming fat during muscle recovery is something you should do but it didnt follow up with an explanation. So im just wondering if for some reason it actually is necessary to include a small amount of fat in your diet during muscle recovery
(They weren't referring to healthy fats)

I actually did not know that. I just recently got into nutrition and body building so I don't know a lot about it all yet.
