10 pounds month? Get serious. Anyways. When I've lost a ton of weight I just ate eggs, steak, chicken breast, broccoli, salads, a gallon of water a day. I'm sure if you eat pretty clean and did some type of exercise you'd had no problem dropping some fat man. I was at a lower body fat percentage than you too! Good luck brah

10lbs a month is not totally unrealistic I think.,..I don't want to eat low carb..I did it for a month and had 0 energy in the gym..hard to believe but I train like a beast..I'm looking for a number of what calories i need to be at to lose minimum 2lbs a week...preserving muscle is not important at this time.

Well add some brown rice, sweet potatoes in before you train. Do cardio in the AM. You're thinking too hard about this. Just eat clean and train hard, you'll drop weight.

Healthier food choices + portion control will easily get you to the 12-15% range

the problem with your advice is that 'healthy choices' and 'clean foods' are totally subjective and, in terms of body composition, completely irrelevant.

if you ONLY goal is to lose weight, then a caloric deficit should be your goal. exercise will help, of course, with the deficit as well as body shape, strength, etc.

going back to 'eating clean and healthy' is a personal issue with how you build your diet; foods that are tailored for your body's needs (macros & tdee) and taking into account personal health issues like blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, lactose intolerance, etc.

you may not want to count macros (although with MFP or fitday) its easy to count alongside your calories, but at least knowing them is important so you can keep a rough eye on them.

finally, this again is your preference but i wouldn't pay anyone on this site for advice.
