    Simple 2x15 split

Anybody tried a 2x15 split? I did it last summer and grew like mad without proper nutrition even. Going at it again now after a break.

It's just your run-of-the-mill exercises with 2 sets of 15 reps. Heavy compound, of course.

I'm wondering if anyone recognizes this, seeing as I kinda just tried it out of the blue without researching anything about it? Any science behind this routine? How long do you reckon I should stay on it? I'm thinking 1-2 months.
Study hard, Train hard, Work hard! And then you can build refridgerators and such!

Please rep if I helped you out!

sounds like something livestrong.com would post. I think they regard hypertrophy rep ranges from 8-15 depending on which article you find that day. If it works for you then go for it, but i think you might find the same results or better in the 8-12 rep range with 3 to 5 sets.
