    Talking How much time to become like zyzz

    Yoo guys i know there will come now some people and say eat ,eat or coment about my weight ... but my question is how many time i need to become like this zyzz maybe in early 19 or 20 yo .. maybe 6'0 and 175 lbs.. Is possible to become like this, abs , chest , biceps like he for next year? about july 2014 ?

    Dude you got some mint genetics there, defs a great frame to build mass on! Dat skinny waist and broad shoulders, I'd say naturally 5-7 years of hard training and diet to look 'similar' to zyzz. I believe it's naturally achievable to look similar to the younger zyzz pics, but not the ones close to his death. That's just my opinion I reckon young zyzz looked better anyways, it's my goal too man.

    That pic of Zyzz, is very old. For you to look like that? I dont know. Proper training and eating, maybe a year or so? To look like ZYZZ? Long time, unless you get that there celll-tech.

    If you were aiming for Zyzz in that pic you uploaded I would say 2-3 years of good diet and training. Just a rough guess man don't take these things too literally also I'm assuming you are staying away from gear.
