Of course brah, just set your sights on a goal and wake up every morning with that goal in mind. Always begin with the end in mind, and make progress towards that.
breeeeeee
Yep.
I work.
Yes.
For sure brah, come to AZ and we will get homo in my garage training with our shirts off in spandex (no homo).
Powerful as fuk. Going to start training my power again, it is probably going to reach overwhelming levels soon. (srs)
All sorts of stuff, whatever I feel is necessary. I spent about a year straight doing vigorous mobility work and achieved some very good levels of flexibility, relative to where I Was at previously. Now I just maintain and work on tight spots. Currently it is my shoulders and ankles. I suggest you start with one or two MAJOR areas for improvement (most people, this is usually the hips), and spend 10-15 mins a day opening up those areas until you make improvement.Subscribe to The Strength Project :

good question. All time best 315/465/475, but more recently not close to that. More like 275/395/415 right now. Injury + cut = negative gains. Getting back though
Deal with fears but confronting them. Every week I force myself do something out of my comfort zone, ans I document it and how I felt in a journal. It has helped immensely. meditatimg also helps.Subscribe to The Strength Project :

I'm not asking you chit *******, you're lucky i'm on r/c or I would rep your ass.
Strong fuker, I remember your vids. Great job. You always been that lean? I'm working a lot on mobility now, after being so tight in my hips and quads, and my hams/glutes not being balanced in comparison to my quads, I hurt my patellar tendon. So now rehabbing and getting flexible to squat again. I worked up to a 405 ATG so I'm missing it bad now :|~*\_Beard Brah_/*~
