Look dude it doesn't really matter as long as you eat at a defict, but green tea does raise your metabolism a little bit

Do you even ..? Cardio is key to natural bodybuilding for that extra edge of definition. You'd have to be cutting for like a year in order to skip cardio and actually win. Still don't see a point in NOT doing cardio if you want to be toned."You never want to fail because you didn't work hard enough" -Arnold Schwarzenegger

Look man, I'm sorry if I offended your cardiovascular system. I'm just saying I see a lot of people JUST doing cardio thinking that it's gonna get them ripped, without good diet or any form of resistance training. So if people are gonna emphasize on only one way of losing weight, I think it should be on the diet. Jeez.

lol'd
anything that depleats carbs is useful for lowering bodyfat, including high rep resistance training, super sets etc.
Most important thing is diet though.Im doing it right

Well, probably. But diet is most important. And since you're cutting your body is short handed on nutrition to repair your muscles and keep you alive, so lower you workout frequency or volume to take some of the stress off your body when you're cutting, that way you wont lose NEARLY any muscle.

its just for depleating carbs, muscles use energy to contract, you do some high rep sets or/and super sets you depleat a lot of carbs. If you eating in a defecit then you soon use up any energy readily available from carbs thus causing the body to use alternative sources of energy, i.e. stored fat.
Believe it or not when you drop you cals and go steady on the carbs its often said its a good idea to slightly increase fat intake. this is supposed to promote your body into using fat as its primary source of energy.Im doing it right

Toned body without cardio. Eat cleaner. You will notice more definition. Lower calories and continue to lift.
I've been off cardio for almost 5 months now on my bulk and still have visible abs. It's all about diet and controlling body fat levels. Good luck!@PreChewz Sponsored Athlete. The Best Chewable Pre-workout!

Well you wouldn't need to focus on depleting carbs if you DON'T EAT THAT MANY CARBS when cutting. DIET MAN, DIET. Then again, eating a satisfying amount of carbs when cutting is a good way to keep you from becoming crazy because of all the nice food you can't eat.
My dad and uncles are trying to enforce "low weight high reps for toned body durrrr" on me. I know how you feel.
