    how to get tonned body without cardio ?

    Hez guys i know answer alredz but i want to ask you what is bether green tea or to drink just lemon to cut body fut and yeah also if i watch my calorie intake and do not do cardio can i then cut fat

    Do you even ..? Cardio is key to natural bodybuilding for that extra edge of definition. You'd have to be cutting for like a year in order to skip cardio and actually win. Still don't see a point in NOT doing cardio if you want to be toned.

    Look man, I'm sorry if I offended your cardiovascular system. I'm just saying I see a lot of people JUST doing cardio thinking that it's gonna get them ripped, without good diet or any form of resistance training. So if people are gonna emphasize on only one way of losing weight, I think it should be on the diet. Jeez.

    Well, probably. But diet is most important. And since you're cutting your body is short handed on nutrition to repair your muscles and keep you alive, so lower you workout frequency or volume to take some of the stress off your body when you're cutting, that way you wont lose NEARLY any muscle.

    Toned body without cardio. Eat cleaner. You will notice more definition. Lower calories and continue to lift.

    I've been off cardio for almost 5 months now on my bulk and still have visible abs. It's all about diet and controlling body fat levels. Good luck!

    Well you wouldn't need to focus on depleting carbs if you DON'T EAT THAT MANY CARBS when cutting. DIET MAN, DIET. Then again, eating a satisfying amount of carbs when cutting is a good way to keep you from becoming crazy because of all the nice food you can't eat.
