    Body fat estimate and estimated weight at 8-10 per cent BF pls. [Pics/Reps]


    Currently 90 kg (198lbs) lost about 4 kg compared to pic in avi. If someone could estimate by body fat that would be great I think I'm about 17% hopefully more like 16%
    Please also estimate my end weight after I finish cutting. I'm hoping for 80-85 kg 8-10% but if I have to cut longer I will.

    yeah same stats give or take a pound bumping again. I reckon we can't be more than 18% man so we'd be round 80 kg (176 lbs) just under sub ten per cent

    No way in hell your 10 percent. I'd say your in the 16-18 range so lets split the difference and say 17%

    17% at 197 means you have 33.5 lbs of fat and 163.5 lbs of LBM

    which means you have to lose about 17 pounds to get to 10%. You'll also lose a few pounds of LBM bc it's inevitable so your end weight would be 177ish at roughly 10%.

    If you lost 1.5 lbs per week you'd reach your goal within 12 weeks. Good luck.

    yeah, that's the goal man only I'm going a bit slower. Roughly losing 1-1.2 lbs per week

    uh I think your bodyfat is round 16% and to get to 8-10% you'll weigh 175ish
