basically been clean bulking for a few months and slowly gaining weight with minimal fat so all going well but basically been eating what i want just sticking to my daily calories and eating around 150g protein daily eating what i want when i want for example cakes, cookies, sweets, crisps, chocolate, mcdonalds.
i have also been eating little to no fruit or veggies and not much fiber.
i know people say you can basically eat what you want and still get results but i just feel unhealthy and im constantly bloated throughout the day and my energy levels are ****. my workouts arnt suffering too much but they could be better.
decided to set up a strict diet for a couple months to sort my body out inside and out.
i want to stick to a minimal amount of different foods i eat and just wondered what would be a good list to start from ?
just bought 5kg of fresh chicken breast and gonna get some fish and brown rice and oats along with fruit and veggies and some sweet potatoes.
what other food sources would be a good addition. im currently aiming for 2900 calories daily so im gonna find it tough hitting this number daily on these foods compared to my diet as of late.
i will also add some nuts and maybe some peanut butter to get some extra fat daily and i currently use syntha 6 protein twice daily with semi skimmed milk.
i know my diet will get repetitive but thats what i want i just want a couple months of this and then i will expand my diet just need to get away from all the **** im eating lol

Flexible eating isn't a diet. YOUR responsible for not eating **** all day. I always hit fiber, fruit, veggies and protein before indulging in something. Sounds like you just heard what IIFYM is and went full potato.
