They have no idea it was him though it could just be a prank I imagine that is common with high profile cases

I also think the last scene is meant to be interpreted many different ways based on the character of walt you envision. He is a complex character and plays it so well that you really have a hard time saying what his motivation ever really is. It makes this show great also.

Of course they will know it's him. Multiple witnesses in the bar. All they have to do is show them a picture and they will confirm that it was in fact him. Then they send in dogs, find his cabin. (He'd be gone by then).

They'd realize he ****ing loves Ensure.

maybe its slipping my mind but what evidence does the police have that walt is heisenberg other than marie telling them what she knows?
Even the recorded phone call didn't reveal what walt was truly doing.

That dog running behind the car did mean something, as do a lot of things like that. The producer has even said so...

The produce has also said that people look way too deep into the show, and pick out coincidental things as having meaning. (IE, Hank behind bars).

Unless I'm mistaken, Chekhov's Gun is usually an actual action. (iIE, Ted tripping on the carpet the first time). People are trying to play wanna be English Literature majors, by pulling forced symbolism out of the stupidest things.

What are you talking about?

They've tied up most loose ends. Breaking Bad had the benefit of ending with 5 and a quarter seasons. They didn't have to draw things out ala Dexter, and they were told ahead of time when it was going to end, so they were given a chance to have everything finished and paid off over two 8 episode seasons.

What will happen to Skylar / Walt Jr / Marie
Will Hank and Gomie's death be solved / tied to Nazi's?

What exactly have they "tied up" in your mind?

I really don't think Grey Matter will be in the final episode. I think they were bought back just for that last scene, for the analogy of Walts empire being taken from him again and getting no credit/light a fire under his ass.

It would just be too much in too little time to expect anything to happen with them as well as all the other loose ends to be tied up

Jesse captured / revenge for Andrea / wtf is happening with Brock who says Jesse has to get revenge? Vince said one word when asked about the finale. He said 'Woodchipper'. Jesse talks about a woodchipper/woodworking in the episode Kafkaesque = Basically it describes a nightmarish situation which most people can somehow relate to, although strongly surreal. With an ethereal, "evil", omnipotent power floating just beyond the senses.
I don't think Jesse will have a happy end and get his revenge
Nazi's cooking / Lydia / Czech Republic easily solved by an m60
What will happen to Skylar / Walt Jr / Marie Skylar will at most get some jailtime (or nothing, depending on what Walt does in Felina), Walt Jr and the Baby will either live with Skylar or with Marie, my gut tells me that Marie will somehow die or kill herself but I'm 99% sure I'm wrong
Will Hank and Gomie's death be solved / tied to Nazi's?Propably not but thats not too bad because Walt is now ust leaving a legacy as Heisenberg behind and killing DEA agens would be fitting
Where has Saul gone / whats happened to Huell?The spinoff may show Sauls new live but he's still well off from all the drug money if the spinoff doesn't take place after the events of BrBa.
Huell is propably going to starve in that Hotel room

He propably wouldn't do anything to Gray Matter even though it's a big motivator throughout the whole series.
I think his biggest motivator is now to leave a legacy as Heisenberg behind to show the world (and Gretchen) that he's the man.

Nice theories but fuk me, all that in under an hour. The show is all about drawn out sequences (think "Fly" episode as a good example), so if all that is to be resolved then it will be rushed as hell. Hope I'm wrong!

What I'm personally hoping for is that we actually won't see a resolution.
Walt killing the nazis or somehow attacking Gray Matter seems too clichee for me.

I would have loved it if last episode ended with Walt calling the cops on himself and thats it.
Kind of open ended but not really.
We know that Walt will die, he will save Skylar from the Prison and tell the DEA that he is responsible for Hanks and Gomie's death, Jesse is still in hell and will get killed once they don't need him anymore.
Sad but perfect ending.
