Wish I could rep you more...if more people (especially women and runners) understood this quote, the training world would be a different atmosphere. The stronger I get, the better I feel holistically from my joints to my immune system and everything in between.
Except now I sweat SO MUCH more frequently, especially with it being the summer. Brb driving to the store, sweat starts dripping down my back.
ATQJ: Eh, I did 5/3/1 but seemed to get "stuck" on the numbers at times thinking I needed to hit X or Y sets or reps per week b/c, "that's what the program called for" but in actuality I was neglecting the most important and underrated aspect of training: listening to my body.

How are your lifts progressing and how are you feeling both physically and mentally? I know that ED's can forever haunt someone, so what are you personally doing to take action against those illogical thoughts?
How often are you doing conditioning and what are your current goals?
To answer the question:
1. Chicken Bacon Ranch
2. Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki
3. Black Forest Ham
My personal favorite is the Meatball Marinara toasted with provolone, onion and bell pepper to crisp up the veggies, and topped with peppercini's, olives, oregano, and parmesan. I get that all the time.Been playing with shafts and balls since '75.

Thanks to all for answering. Funny however, how practically no one has been answering the question jerks over the past week. Then I put in the "reps" edit and BAM!
WO: Legs/Back
Hack Squats and SLDLs
Hit RRP over 5 sets
Front Squats
Added weight and hit same reps as previous weight
Increased weight just a tad on Bent over rows
Also hit some upright rows and then did some body squat positions tonight + rolling _ breathing exercises from coach Mdub to try to improve that depth and flexibility. I feel like its getting there but may take some time. No trouble with the hip hurting.

Tip o da day: 10 Tips for Job interviews
1. Read up on the company
2. Think about questions they may ask you and practice your answers. Google common inerview questions, go online to job sites. Some have "interview reviews" where people interviewed by that company talk about things they ask.
3. Have your own questions. Employers want to know you are interested and curious about them. Don't ask questions that you could have easily researched on their website. Then they will just think you didn't do any homework on them ahead of time. Instead of asking how may people the comapny employs, ask them "I know you have 250 current empoyees, has the company grown a lot over the past year? Are they anticipating more growth? What areas of the business are they thinking of growing? Why?"
4. Shake their hands and look them in the eye.
5. Never interrupt them when they are talking.
6. Ask the HR person setting up the interview who you will be interviewing with. Research those people on linkedin to find out about them. See if you may have things in commmon with them, what theyir background is, how long they have been with the company.
7. Try to be friendly and smile during the interview. They don't want to hire/work with people who are a drag.
8. Send thank you emails following the interview to each and every person you met.
9. Make sure you explain to them why you feel the job is a good fit FOR YOU, not just why you are a good condidate for them. They want to know you are selecting the role because it interest you, not because it is just a job you need. They also want to know that you ike the position so you wont be bolting at first chance. They spend a lot of time and money (time=money) interviewing people, screening resumes, etc. and don't want to be re-filling the role in the next year because you left.
10. Do something, say something, demonstrate something, have things in your resume that make you stand out from the crowd. HR people phone screen dozens of people, they interview handfulls, and you need to do something to make an impression or you will just be lost as another person. One thing I have in my resume is that I was Time Magazine's 2006 Person of the Year.
