    It is my first time to buy a
    protein supp

    I dont know which supp to
    buy (iso 100 dymatize or

    100% whey gold standard )
    My stats : 180 lb (15-20% bf)
    been lifting for about 6
    months
    I dont mind gaining small
    amount of fats , i care most
    about enhancing muscle
    growth

    Cheaper is better, its all the same pretty much. If you truly cant pick between the two, buy one use it and if you dont like the flavor or something next time buy the other.
