Hi!
Okay - so I have been put on waiting list after waiting list for online body transformation coaches. I would like your recommendations on reputable coaches who help clients build their bodies in a healthy and sustainable manner.
My big goal is to compete in 2-3 years. Short term goal is to lean out to 15%-16% body fat to see what's underneath and then build from there.
Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

Lol so I am never one to put others down but I will say this. There will be many on both this site and in the industry itself who think they know what there talking about when it comes to fitness and especially competing. Before getting into more details I strongly believe also with my clients I should be as close to the perfect example for them and in a sense pictures speake louder than words. Being a national levek competitor in pursuit of my procard myself id advice you go ahead and take a look at some of progress picture both on here and my IG @Beroyal and if interested and serious pm me and well talk.

To op this is very true ^^^ sadly not many actually know what there talking about nor take the time to focus on you. Especially there "online trainers" but if you were looking at doing a competition I couldnt stress the importance of having a coach. I cant tell youbhoe many people I know who have either been hospitslized due to inadquate prep or just simply looked lost at there comp. Not saying its impossible to do without a coach. Just saying im a coach who has a coach who has a pro coah who has a coach. Besdies knowlege it is very easy to loose sight of both your progress and needed direction when show prepping.

I am looking for a coach/mentor who will be realistic with me. No need for others here to put me down or say degrading things. As I know that's not what a real professional who believes in what he is doing would do.
I believe my core is already built but I have been wrong before. I know this is little information but contact me IM or otherwise and I will give you a full breakdown. I understand we would both have something at stake me and my body...you and your reputation as well as plenty more. I am a very dedicated person. Any recommendation online or other wise let me know.
