I see from most men the idea that female ****philes are hot and when a story breaks about a female teacher having sex with a student it's all "where were these teachers when I was in school" and "that must have been awesome for the kid" and other things basically conveying that its not as serious as a male ****phile and its laughable.
So I'm wondering how women feel about female ****philes.
Do you hold the same idea as a lot of men?
Do you think they are as harmless as people joke about?
Is a female ****phile on the same level as male ****philes?
What do you think?
I have always wondered this but I'm making this thread because I saw a thread on the misc listing 4 or so female teachers who had sex with a student
Don't get me wrong, I'm not basing my idea that a lot of men are facetious about the topic from the misc; I see a lot of guys joke about female ****philes and treat it like a joke. Seeing the thread was really just the spark that made me make this thread.
Edit:
I love how a lot of people tried to correct me.
I used the female teacher/student as an example to show where the male ideas are seen.

Take a human, that from birth on is constantly made into believing that he or she needs to be strong or at least stronger then others. So when some day that person is being abused, it will be such a huge shock, inner struggle, hurt, conflict and resent / denial that he or she will most likely turn it around and make oneselves and other think, that one got even somehow empowered instead of calling it what it really is, a crime, an abuse and a violation of a worst kind.

1) Having sex with a 14-16 y/o is not ****philia, that word gets thrown around as much as "slut", "sexist", "creep", "white knight", etc and as a result has lost all meaning. It is asinine to put this on the same level as having sex with someone who has not yet matured to the point of being able to conceive or cause conception.
2) I have to wonder if when you're a teenager and you have sex with an older person it is the act of sex that causes the most damage to the teen or is it the following **** storm everyone gets swept up in that shoves implication after implication down the teenager's throat that he/she is some helpless, powerless victim who is there to be taken advantage of?
And yes there is a gender based double standard here, most likely stemming from the anglosphere's obsession with ascribing perpetual victim status upon women and offender status upon men.Last edited by Charuto222; 08-17-2013 at 06:15 AM.
They see indoctrination and they call it "morality", "professionalism", or "maturity" depending on the context.

You're talking about ephebophilia, not ****philia. Those people are still creepy and pathetic, regardless of gender.

This. I don't care what equipment you have, if you take advantage of a young person in that manner, you are a vile, vile creature. I was violated at a very young age by someone of the same sex, and a family member. It was no less damaging and those people deserve the lowest bowels of hell.

Teachers who sleep w/ teens aren't ****philes. ****philes want pre-pubescent children. Adults who target teens are gross and should be jailed, don't get me wrong. They just aren't ****philes. They're ephebophiles.

Regardless of the sex of the person, paedophilia is WRONG!
It's sick and disgusting and deranged.
I watched that documentary on the 4 women paedophilia gang from the UK and was absolutely shocked and disgusted. What's even worse is that a LOT of teachers are actually punished for inappropriate relationships or actions with students but, more often than not, are just sent to another school and KEEP their job.
A lot, and I mean a LOT of daycare workers have been arrested and/or charged with paedophilia and/or child pornography. They're in close proximity with children, and they are in a position of trust by the parents AND the children.
Sickens me to the damn core.
And look at it this way, hardened criminals that have murdered men... or criminals who are in prison for armed robbery or theft... tend to attack and/or kill ****philes because even THEY think it's wrong.

Back in High School, if I was sleeping with a hot teacher I probably would have been pretty ****ing stoked.
However, if my child was sleeping with a teacher I would be pissed.

You keep saying this word ****phile, I don't think you know what it meanz.
Yes, female teachers who sleep with male students are abhorrent.
There is a power imbalance in any relationship where the two parties have a huge age gap, even if both parties are postpubescent. As smart as kids (I'm talking 14-17) think they are, they are gullible and naive as fk and have not developed critical thinking skills. And adults know this, and should not take advantage of them. Regardless of the sex.

When its some aesthetic 16/17 year old guy where he is good at football already etc look, he is a man, HE knows the deal and yes, these guys are just lucky the teacher picked them and not any of the other 750 guys that all wished it was them. At the end of the day they are all wishing it was them so that automatically makes it fine. We are not talking about these women overpowering these guys, they are usually beefy guys etc. Yeah there's an element of the teacher "influencing" the guy but even then its not like they are using a love potion is it, the guy doesn't even have to do any of it. Niagara please.
I know what ****phile means, those people are only attracted to kids. Girls @ 15/16/17 that have a womans body... well, whilst being illegal, don't come under that same category. Any straight guy thinks they are sexy.u wot m1.68179283050742908606225095246644152⁴

I think cultural outrage isn't as great for younger males molested by females because men can't get pregnant. I don't even think that we realize it, but in terms of the crime of rape, the danger of a forced pregnancy is a huge, primal outrage. I suppose it could go the other way (the older female could force the male to conceive a child with her), but that's not exactly the same: he doesn't gestate. And technically he 'benefits' from having his DNA out there. Never mind the mental destruction--I'm just talking about things that aren't even conscious for most people.
But yeah, I definitely think that it's also a vile act when a woman molests a young boy. Morally, that is.
How society sees it is still based on some old, biologically-based biases."The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously."
