gotta love people trying to find fault in Jay..does it really matter if he is 40? OR that he had some setbacks? Look at Dorian. He had horrible arms and managed to keep winning. Even Coleman had his issues in his last couple contests..You do remember he "came back" already once?? So you think he cant again? Hes looking pretty solid. AND so what if he has dropped in size. He will still be heavier and wider than anyone else. Does that still count? Or not anymore just because hes 40? Sure Phil is awesome. IM a big Phil fan. BUT Jay seems quite pleased where he is at,so that means for us to shut up,wait, watch and pick your jaw up..be ready..

I just want him to make a good showing. Winning I know is a stretch.

It looks like he's bringing a solid and respectable physique.

I wanna take grams of test and GH and row 1 plate to the Olympia just to shut you all up. Weight doesn't &@#!ing matter you egotistical idiots. Food makes you bigger, not how much you lift. I could be huge off pushups if I wanted to as long as I increased the intensity and ate to grow.

Edit: Go watch Kai dumbbell curling 25's. He says he doesn't go higher for seated curls. It's funny cause I'm one of the bigger guys at my gym (casual gym with no real lifters) and every dude curls more than me. EVERY SINGLE ONE. The only difference is I'm not an insecure little @*#@( who let's people get to him because I care about my form and intensity.

Old video of Jay doing 405 lb. bent over rows (15:52) The amount of crazy volume while still using those weights was always impressive to me.

Jay's just getting older and being smart.

Yea weight doesn't matter when you're a walking pharmacy but a natural will actually have to progress up in weights to put on more muscle mass.
