I need a good cheap bulking diet looking to get in between maybe 2800-3300 calories a day and need it to be quick and simple because of school. I'm 150 pounds and around 15%bf looking to bulk to maybe 165-170

Try this
Meal 1: (breakfast) 3 eggs and 2 whole wheat toasts with 500 ml of whole milk, or if in a hurry than vectors cereal with 500 ml whole milk
Meal 2: (Lunch) Any Burger/Sandwich plus add a snack
Meal 3: (pre workout) Eat a peanut butter sandwich plus drink some coffee or an energy drink
Meal 4: (post workout) 2 scoops of whey protein in 500 ml whole milk and some meats with whole what breads or brown rice
Meal 5: (dinner) Any simple/complex carb with some protein as well, and also eat a handful of nuts with a teaspoon of olive oil
Meal 6: (snack) eat a small low fat cheese sandwich with a glass of whole milk.
That's what Im eating and works well I think its more than 3300 calories though

Have you tried or can you afford weight gainer shakes? Serious mass gives you 1250 calories in one shake. Although I prefer Pro Complex Gainer which only has 650 calories just because the rest I get from foods. If your new to bulking and don't have a big appetitite you may wanna supplement with 1-2 shakes a day. At least that's what worked for my bulk. I was doing 3 shakes a day now I cut it to 1 shake with food being the rest. This gave me the best results at 1 per day plus food but in the beginning it's tough to eat that much damn food every couple hours!

I'm about the same height as you and when I started bulking I was 152. I took in 4000 calories a day 7 days a week and trained 5 days a week. I gained 18lbs. In 2 months. Only problem was 1/2 of it was fat gain and 1/2 was muscle. I didn't care cuz my metabolism is so fast I knew I could burn off that 9lbs. In a cutting cycle in no time which I did (3 weeks) but anyway my bulk now consists of around 3300 calories and in gaining but it's much slower. Good thing is I haven't gained any fat and its just been muscle although it gets annoying when you hop on the scale and its much slower than my previous bulk. So basically if I were u I'd check your TDEE and go a few hundred calories over that number. My TDEE is 2800 so that's why 3300 seems to work great for me.

Francis, since your probably a chick with a name like that turn your bitch ass around so we can see your fugly face. You may want to read over my post again since your too stupid to understand it. I recommended for him to get to 3000+ calories with a shake. And who gives a fuk where the calories come from anyway? I can relate to his situation the most based on his previous stats so STFU
