You'll live, but it's obviously well under what's optimal.

Your protein intake, by the way, is about twice what it needs to be. This is fine if it's a function of personal preference, but I hope you understand there's no special benefit to consuming so much protein.

I'd push it up to at least 75-80 and lower the protein and the carbs to make up for it calorie wise. (If you need to for your calories to fit)

yeah i used to eat around 150g protein daily and have noticed no difference in the extra 100g but to be honest i have just started eating cleaner recently and have found it so much harder hitting my daily calories and found eating large amounts of chicken easier to consume than pasta and rice etc

avocados are my personal favorite: sliced in salads, sandwiches, egg scrambles.

Fattier meats are also a good way to get some more fats in. Every meat you eat doesn't have to be 95% fat free. This allows for more freedom in your diet. Whole eggs rather than egg whites. etc...

I guess if you don't care about your health and you don't mind composing your physique, then keep doing what you're doing.

    Co-signed.

Fatty cuts of red meat are a win-win-win; good protein, fat, and micronutrients all in one tasty package.

Also I find myself usually underestimating my fat intake. May not be your case.

Yeah fat is fairly important for eight lifting, it's used to help make testosterone which helps with your lifts. It also can be an energy source you need to get like .45 of your bodyweight I'm fat

Everyone is different but i get 35-40g fat a day with 500-700g carbs and im fine, making gains week by week and have no problem whatsoever, too much fat makes me fat and they're not a good source of fuel for lifting weights, i prefer more carbs. Just personal preference.

    Take a look into this

    http://articles.mercola.com/sites/ar...rated-Fat.aspx

Personally I saw the best gains when I actually upped my fat intake a **** ton (1500+ cals coming mainly from sat/mono sat fats) and cut back prot levels to about 400-500 calories/carbs 600-900 cals. Look up some information on food toxicity and how the body actually breaks down and uses the different things. Ammonia would be a good place to start regarding protein levels. Check out perfect health diet website for a lot of other good starter info and if you like what you see look into the book. It actually breaks down everything very nicely and includes good information on micro nutrients. Do as you please, but it's worth looking into ideas outside a lot of diet dogma. If anything learning about the digestive system can be beneficial for later down the road.
