As an aside, how dumb are sports organizations like the NFL that ban deer antler spray. Do they not have any Doctors they can consult before banning a useless substance? College sports is the same way, banning products like creatine. So just so I can understand, you're banning a substance that A.) no one tests for, and B.) is found in food and a positive test (that doesn't exist) could simply be refuted by saying you eat a lot of red meat.DO WORK CREW WE GET IT IN...

Eat lots and lots of birds. The smaller the bird, the more compact its protein content. Parrots are great sources for protein.
