can you tell me which program YOU personally used to pack on some mass.
with all the programs on here and on the internet, idk which to choose or trust.
So i am asking those who went from thin build to plenty of mass, which program
did you use that worked for you. obviously nutrition and other played a role, but
in regards to the workout program, what worked? Thanks.

I'm not sure how much mass I put on from the program but I feel like it was very effective... I did a push/pull/legs program for awhile, having 2 different workouts for each group and I alternated them. Tried to get in the gym 3 out of every 4 days. Helped me get my chest, back, and quads especially bigger.

I agree that these are great programs for people who are starting out.
To OP's question; "What Program did YOU Use to Successfully Pack On Mass?".
When I started working out, one personal trainer gave me a program that mostly consisted of chest and biceps work, and one leg exercise with a machine. I did that routine for a month or so. Even though my more experienced friends bashed me for using that program, I still continued to use it because I though this PT knew better. Finally I realized I wanted to start utilizing compound exercises, and got some more experienced people to show me the technique for squats, deadlifts etc. Needless to say; it was an eye opener. I started doing StrongLifts 5x5, and continued with it for a year. The reason I did not start with any of the others above was that I did not know about them at the time. Looking back though, they base off utilizing compound exercises, with minor differences with the programs as a whole. Just remember to eat right and in a little surplus (if wanted), and you'll see the gains even better.
Good luck with your goal, Jay.
