I am 5'7 and I have always weighed 110 pounds. Since I started working out daily and eating healthy I am now at 127 pounds. I know muscle weighs more than fat but it still makes me a little discouraged for some reason. I have noticed changes like my arms being more toned, and my abs are starting to show. I think my body fat is at about 7%. But is that much of a weight gain good? Or am i doing something wrong?

Haha you must be extremely lean but if you are female I highly doubt your bf% is 7% because you would be having some serious issues if it were that low! In my opinion, weight is stupid, so don't fixate over that. Go by how you feel, how you look in the mirror, and how much your strength increases.
Edit: btw, 127 is a huge improvement over 110 for your height, by any standards. Congrats on the muscle and the healthier llifestyle!Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=158655833
