    In a large skillet
    -2 Whole eggs scrambled
    -3 Egg whites scrambled
    -1 tbsp hot sause in the eggs

    Begin to heat the liquified eggs

    Add in
    -1 can (4oz) drained tuna

    Scramble all together

    Plate when cooked and sprinkle 1 ounce of shredded cheese on top while still hot so it lets.

    Add some ketchup if thats your thing, its mine.

    I just scramble 4 eggs in a pan on grapeseed oil, add some buckwheat on the side, put ketchup on it all later, and add some tomatoes/peppers sliced, when I have them.
