Actually when it comes to jerky I like to get my protein fix out on the offroad trails. I have a built jeep that I use for rock crawling and jerky is the best way for me to get my protein in easily when we are miles from civilization. Also good when camping and not able to prepare a lot of meals ahead of time. I have been buying jerky in bulk from a jerky outlet for years for this exact use.

Not a problem. Might even take a pic of a bag in action lol. I would much prefer beef but will settle for which ever you would be willing to let me try out.

I vary my protein intake by the day. Sometimes it's 1st thing in the morning, others are post workout, or when I can't find any healthy food I drink a protein shake. I don't like to do the same thing daily...
I'll post up a log for Perky Jerky...
I have been a FAN for a while...
Jerky is great to have in the gym bag for a snack...

1. My protein fix is always between classes! Protein satiates my hunger the most and sitting in class makes me sooo hungry! Perky Jerky would be excellent for me since its a portable and easily stored protein that i can have whenever i need it, and it wont spoil or make my shaker cup smell like death if i dont wash it! Perfect Convenience factor right their! I also get to save a little money for a week or 2 if i win!!!! Sounds like a win-win to me!
2. Of Course i will review your product! I have reviewed many products if you would like to see how my review format is!
Thank you for the oppertunitty again!

Interesting promo! I've had perky jerky before (they sponsored my friend's party once), and I was very impressed by the moistness of it. Usually packaged jerkys are pretty dry from my experience, but you guys are definitely doing something different and right in that department.
As to when - I'd use it as an afternoon pick-me-up and snack. I usually have a monster or other caffeine around 4pm, and a snack shortly thereafter. I could kill 2 birds with one stone with the ocho pack.
Would love to review and log. I'll be cutting for most of September, so this would be an excellent addition to my diet.
Good luck to everyone!

First off I love this stuff! I stumbled across some while waiting in line at best buy, and it tasted amazing!
I get my protein fix usually 30-45 minutes after my workout!
I agree to try different flavors of your product and log about taste and nutrition! I would love this opportunity and love your product!

I would love to try this out and have done quite a few reviews and logs already on this forum
I usually buy some locally made beef jerky which is much better quality and taste than the store bought, however that does get expensive. Right now I just supplement with a bar or shake on the go, both of which get old after awhile.Past Reviews:

1. I like to get my protein fix throughout the day, but I use jerky as an on the go snack. It's perfect since it doesn't require any prep work or refrigeration!
2. If chosen I agree to log an Ocho. Expect log entries similar to my store reviews for the original beef and turkey flavors that I have already tried. I'd be happy to update the store reviews with my opinion on the other flavors as well.<<<***BMC***>>>

Definitely been wanting to try the other flavors, so here is my application below... in the bold
1. Tell us when you like to get your protein fix. Post-workout, on the go, between classes? Let us know how you take your protein to the fullest.
I strive to get protein in each and every meal, it could be anywhere from 20-50g per meal, about every 2-4 hours. I don't stress about it, but I definitely put a little time into planning ahead and always bringing food with me (protein bars, sandwhiches, beef jerky, homemade trail mix, fruit, etc.). After 2 weeks of school, I'm already known as the guy who eats protein bars and eats "healthy". Like I said, I eat every 2-4 hours, regardless of where I am; at home, in the classroom while listening to a lecture, at the library studying, walking to my car, etc. doesn't matter, I get my macros in. I try to get at least 1g/lb of bodyweight, but aim to hit ~200g daily.

Will do. I reviewed the Perky Jerky samples you guys sent out a few weeks ago, and they were delicious. Would enjoy giving feedback on the other flavors definitely. Here is a link to my Perky Jerky review below

THANK GOD I JUST SEEN THIS!!!!
Tried the original Perky Jerky and LOVED it. Typed up a review in the store and gave it an easy 10/10. Anytime I am checking out at the store now I always have to grab a pack of this off the little racks by the registers. Anyways, now that I'm new to the college thing as of last week- I find it hard to hit my protein intake between classes. Protein bars have too much crap in them and are loaded with unwanted calories and carbs. This is the perfect alternative!! Minimal calories, fat, and carbs.. Maximum protein. COUNT ME IN!!
And I agree to log for each flavor!! Wishing myself luck for the OCHO!CHECK OUT, SUBSCRIBE & COMMENT ON MY CURRENT TRANSFORMATION LOG-- Rate that bisch 5 stars too!!
