MSc in Maths and Econ checking in, I know all about diminishing returns, but 4 inches is 4 inches. If the OP grew 4 inches I'd bet his skeleton would increase in weight more than mine would if I grew 4 inches, his frame is much larger. Or does bone weigh less the taller you get?

6'3 180 is obviously nowhere near his genetic potential though. I know somebody who is 5'11 and 180, less than 8% bodyfat year round and is subject to WADA year round testing. At 6'3 180 he still has a good few pounds to go before you can use him as a reference.

While I'm willing to concecde that yes he can have heavier bones given his height, but his obviously not natty. The weight was a lagging indicator and obviously through his pictures his not natty and geared. Again, I don't believe it's wrong or immoral but people on here are mislead what can be attained naturally.

I'm only like 201-203lbs right now lol. Bodyfat? I don't know man, there's many ways to "test" bodyfat and everyone thinks differently of bodyfat. I personally believe that it's basically impossible to go much lower than 5% (maybe 3-4% for that one bodybuilder who died), and at 5% you'd be considered as shredded as possible, so I'd guess I'm at like 7% or somewhere around that.

I actually ate quite a lot of whole wheat PB&J sandwhiches with natural peanut butter and natural jelly when I was bulking and even a bit into when I started light cutting. Usually with my whey protein post workout.

For the past year I've been struggling with motivation, on and off, with IF and eating properly. Burgers here. Fries there. Eating before the window started.

Basically became a fatass with apathy and no motivation until I saw this thread. Now I feel great shame. I really don't have any more time to waste.

it's time to realize that at age 24, If i don't get it together and start a 4 year journey of my own, I should quit and give up.

stacking multiple compounds at outrageous levels is what i consider abuse. it's not like he was blasting and cruising on 6 compounds. he had a very mellow, simple cycle. not much more than what some doctors prescribe for TRT. he's obviously put in insane amounts of work over the years. nobody can take that away from him. /nutswinging

Would like to see how you look at 8-10% bf as that's where I maintain right now. The only time I'm able to dip down to 7-7.5% is after a night out drinking. Staying at 7% bf seems impossible without sterons.
