i dont lift before. i started in november 2012 and this is a photo from today 14 august 2013. I train at home with dumbells.

Yes im a cyclist haha.
The first 3 months i dont do a specific routine.. Push ups, abs... The last months i do 3 days a week routine: monday chest abs, wednesday shoulders triceps abs, friday back biceps abs. (3-4 exercices 8-10 reps of every muscle, all exercices with dumbells. I train the abs with weight..)
I dont have diet, i eat a lot! Only suplement: whey-casein protein.
Cardio: a lot of hours of bike.
(i train abs since 12-13 years olds..)
(the shadows help a lot in the photo haha)
