Progress has slowly decreased. need some help :)

Hello everyone! well I'm looking for some advice to find out what I should do next. I've been cutting since 3/1/13 and have seen amazing progress but I have a bodybuilding competition coming up on 9/29/13 my macros are currently at 70f/170c/170p 2000kcals and I'm currently sitting at around 9.5-10% BF at 161lbs . I have a re-feed every week on Tuesday keeping my fat and protein the same and just doubling my carbs to 340.I only do about 20-30 minutes of cardio a week(mostly anaerobic sprints, rowing etc) and weight lift about 5-6 times a week with 45-60 min sessions. It seems like I hit a plateau at my current weight 161lbs and haven't been able to lose weight for about 1.5 to 2 weeks basically staying steady at 161lbs.Should I just bump my cardio up? or should I have two re-feed days a week and during the rest of the week drop my carbs down to maybe 50g(eating them post-workout mostly vegetables and fruit) and raise my fat so I stay at the same calories? or if you have any other ideas please share.

If you would like to check my transformation out to see my progress to maybe give me some better advice my Youtube is http://www.youtube.com/user/WarOnWeights

Personally I'd lower your carbs 10 grams a week starting now right up til your show which will put you right around 100grams. Should be enough to kick the fat loss in to gear again. Just my opinion of course.

You've really got two options: Increase cardio or decrease calories.

Since you aren't doing much cardio and your food is already getting kind of low, I would increase cardio. That's me personally, though. Maybe throw some 20-30 minutes of MISS in after one of your workouts?

No reason to keep lowering them every week if lowering them once jump starts fat loss.

100% agreed but that would be my game plan, to progressively cut 10 grams a week until it starts kicking off again.
