Me one year ago (after the injury) at IPF Italian competition, i made junior record -100kg with 3rd attempt at 210kg (thi one):

Your very strong. What is your max currently in Bench, dead and squat?

That sucks. So what are you doing now to put on some muscles and to recuperate?

Basics exercices,for each i do a low warm up and than 3 set of 12-15 reps(for bench), 3-6 reps for deadlift and 8-10 reps for squat , all unequipped and with 1 complementary exercice (for exemple squat pl + zercher squat) for assistence...
To resume very high volume and low intensity.
