    What is your favorite glute exercise?

    Looking for some new ideas to add to my workouts and would like personal preferances from other people! Besides squats, kickbacks, leg curls etc. what are your favorites? (If you work out your butt that is lol)

    I was gonna say hip thrusts or glute bridges (they're essentially the same exercise).

    Romanian Deadlifts or Hip Thrusters are great. Recently started doing Alternating BB Lunges and haven't been that sore in my hamstrings and glutes in a while.

    My go-to glute exercises are

    1) Full ROM Lunges (knee to the floor, weight on front heel)

    2) Weighted Glute Bridges (pause at the top)

    In addition to the big movers (squat, deadlift).
    Whatever you choose to do, do it decisively and with conviction.

    walking BB lunges. Especially if you do them in flat soled shoes up a slight incline. No better glute exercise out there IMO.
