I hate this **** and guys like shirtoff there. That is not a training system. That is press ups burpeess some skipping and some light barbell work done quickly untill youre ****ed. I can pick any selection of exercises and arrange them in arbitrary sets, reps times, throw burpees in and ull have the same **** theyre selling. yes but as you are probably aware bsl and iml while still "together" in a sense are more separate entities now. Aaron and PJ running BLS and they also just hired a COO for BSL. Jason is still working with PJ and they have more or less put him under the BSL banner. Simplistic explanation but the companies are in some transition now.Originally Posted by purdey
