Asked them why they didnt deadlift and they said its bad for your lowerback. I told them not with good form and he says its still bad for your back. He said only oldschool lifters do it now adays. Then he said its bad that I arch my back on bench saying I have a big arch which isnt true since it feels normal and he says its gunna hurt my back and then he says I have my butt way off the bench when he saw me bench, which isnt true cuz I feel my butt always touching the bench. Prob the legdrive he thinks I take my buttoff. Then he says using legdrive is cheating and keep your feet flat on the floor. I have it on my toes cause I like using legdrive that way better. I show him a vid showing ben rice lifting with him benchin on toes and he says show me a vid of a diff lifter and I did and he got pissed and swore and **** to me lol and he says he doesnt give a **** its still bad and cheating and he says Do whatever the **** u wanna do and **** ur back up. Didnt have much to back it up but just common sense.. wat do u think I should of said

"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”

Benching and deadlifting are both bad for you. You shouldn't be doing those kind of exercises because of the high risks they involve when it comes to injuries. Instead, you should do all your exercises with machines.

Everytime i am in the gym i have to fight for space to deadlift since it's small and there are always like over 3-5 people deadlifting at same time.....last time a guy ended up deadlifting next to the bathrooms lol
srsly 85% of people in my gym deadlifts, once a guy said it's bad for back like everyone in there were flaming at him lol"Strong people help you up not put you down"
**Wking girls with pretty green eyes cuz they just 2% crew**
**Hairy as Fack but not on my back crew**
They told me it's a tough journey, they told me it's like hell and back, they doubted me, underestimated me, told me i will never make it, they tried to stop me to block my way but i told them hell! i am already on my way so just sit there and watch me or better yet, try to stop me. If you can!
