    Didn't have the greatest lift today, but still hit a decent number. I would have waited until tomorrow like usual, but will be out of town later this week and had no choice.

    Cycle 1 done bitches. I am doing the 6 weeks on, 1 week deload, so 2nd cycle starts Monday.

    Today:
    Military Press - 5x115, 3x130, 9x145 (PR)
    Curls - 4x15x55
    Dips - 5x10
    Pull-ups - 5x8
    Abs

    Usually curls go on deadlift day, not this week.

    I was pleased with everything, but would like to hit some bigger numbers on squat.

    I may switch up some things. I would like to find room for lat pulldowns and shrugs. May add these in on days or switch something out for them. Will most likely switch out DB Flat Bench for DB Incline Bench. I really like the DB Rows, but I might do the lat pulldowns instead of these. We will see.

    **** day. I'm over it. Just was not feeling good today. Huge weather change in Missouri and was tired as ****.

    Hit everything still. No PR though

    Although I drank a **** ton last night, I feel awesome for some reason. I don't know. Whatever.

    10x385 ~ 511.14 lb 1 rep max. based on the calc. Feeling good!!!!

    Squats just didn't feel right yesterday. Only got the 5 that is was supposed to get at 300. Hit 215 for 8 on bench today though. Not too bad. I haven't been getting much sleep, but that should change next week. Looking for a meet sometime in late February or March next year.

    Hit a pr on deads today. Felt pretty good. I have one more day on week 2 here, next week and then a week off in chicago. Then I will need to find a gym while in texas for two weeks. Which i will.

    Squat is still not feeling great. The problem is, my deadlift and bench feel great on this program. Still haven't failed yet on squat though, so will take my rest week next week and continue on to cycle 4. Maybe I just need to rest the hips (they feel very tight, have been foam rolling).

    Pendlay Rows - 2x8x135, 3x8x155

    Bench day. Felt alright, but I am very sick due to the cold weather and 13 inches of snow we got here. Just a bad nose cold though

    For the next two weeks, I will be in Texas. I am really not sure how I can lift. I am thinking about combining my 4 days into 2 and maybe getting a taxi to a gym 2 days a week. Not really sure. The closest gym to the hotel is a crossfit gym 3 miles away. Otherwise, I may be out for 2 weeks and will just do some pushups and stuff in the hotel room.

    I'm back! Moved into Kansas City a few days ago, decided to join Gold's Gym just because I got a huge discount. I wanted to join the powerlifting gym, but I figure there will be powerlifters there I can meet, and I can always try and get a day pass if I want to lift at the other gym sometime. Hit squats and bench already this week and didn't feel great, so I am following my cycle 4, first week. Next week, I will probably do it again, and then proceed. Just weak from not lifting in Texas AT ALL...

    Motivated and ready to do work starting Monday. Resetting 531 and do a 5x10 after each main lift for bodybuilding. Looking to up the total by 100 by the end of the year. This is realistic so I want to get this.
