Hi guys,
i am 154lbs 5ft 10 inches and 20 years old
i just wanted to get an idea of how good/bad my diet is for my goals? i want to be shredding bodyfat as i am overweight (i would guess between (17-21% bodyfat)
Typical day:
Breakfast:
Bran flakes with semi-skimmed milk
Snack:
Apple
Lunch:
one sandwich (2 slices) of whole wheat bread with a couple of chicken and turkey slices + a very thin layer of butter
Dinner:
Chicken fajitas - whole wheat wraps, red and green peppers and some spices with chicken breast sliced up + salsa and a small amount of cheddar cheese
im totally lost when it comes to my diet - i hear so many different things from everywhere and im not sure if im on the right track?
so if you guys don't mind... what do you think of my typical day of food intake ... and any reason why im losing weight so slowly while eating like this? ...
anything specifically you guys would recommend?

I don't weigh my food so im not 100% sure but my calorie maintenance is 1950 and i always eat 1500 or less - i am losing weight just not as fast as i would have hoped even if i stay further than 500 under my maintenance, just not sure if im doing something wrong or eating something you guys would see as a big "no-no"
i lift 3 days a week and do cardio (running/cycling) 5 days a week and im loosing maybe 1-2lbs a week max

... your telling me to bulk?
i have a belly and moobs (not gynocomastia) as it has been getting a lot better since ive been losing weight
im very sure i dont need to bulk... ? :S im not saying your wrong but im definately not skinny (im also not OBESE) im just bigger than id like to be... lol
maybe i have just got the numbers wrong? let me check...

5'10 154 you should NOT be cutting..... i dont even look like i lift with a shirt on in my avi...... 100%srs (thats at 171 ish shredded 6')
