fuking fools, who cares about how healthy your diet is right now. You're a 110-120 lbs twig. Eat everything in sight, everything. And exercise to boot obviously, but don't focus on getting "lean" muscle only and taking a year gaining 10 lbs just to go from 120 lbs-130 lbs.
lol at people who have to take 2-3 years just to go from 120-140 or 150 lbs.
