Just curious. Trying to drop some more fat around the lower abs and my diet is already very clean but notice all sorts of stuff like corn syrup solids in coffee mate. doesn't sound too healthy.
Any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.

Fat free creamer like coffee mate I think has 15 cal/tbsp, and half and half has 40 cal/ 2 tbsp... I make h&h and even some sugar fit my macros because I prefer it over the alternatives of coffee mate or black. You do realize that anything that puts you in excess is "fattening" regardless if its fat free or not (and of course it's your entire diet that matters, not one choice).

Thanks for the replies. They are much appreciated. I've decided just to keep it safe and go with unsweetened soy milk instead of the coffeemate. also dropped the morning protein shake (for now) and cut some yolks. just trying to cut that last bit of lower ab fat. I guess I need to get below 10% bf. then will do a moderate clean bulk. Thanks again.

I love my yolks. I like the regular eggs better than Omega ones...unless organic Omega's but you know they say make small adjustments. so trying this for a couple weeks or so then probably will eventually go back to whole eggs and my morning protein shake to grow..
also I think it is important to eat the right foods. not just about cals and macros.

I've noticed that the type foods make a huge difference in how our body reacts and uses the food. I eat clean/unprocessed foods. basically I would say the foods I eat are high performance foods or as some say clean foods. clean eating has definitely changed my life. I'm almost 45 and this is the first time I've seen my abs.

No actually been on this basically for 1 year. I don't have a sweet tooth or like junk food anymore and dont like using salt. I have a philly cheese steak sub for lunch without condiments once a week on fridays and on the weekends I might have a chocolate chip cookie. those are my treats..oh and a triple grande mocha from starbucks. lol

What you don't seem to understand is the names of the foods you eat do not determine body composition nor does the fact a food is processed or whole.
Why? It's because your body only sees nutrients -- not the names of foods or the labels you attach to foods.
That's why your decision to arbitrarily define foods a "clean" and "dirty" doesn't work.

i dont get this meal plan if you goal is 10% BF why not eat other foods as well as these and stay in a caloric defecit? I am below 10% and maintain it easily and I eat ice cream for breakfast...come on man get your head out of the magazines
Is wine not an essential macro?

Let me try to explain this very simply: the fact you call certain foods "clean" and certain foods "dirty" has absolutely no impact on the outcome of your diet or on healthy because your body doesn't use your words as nutrients. It uses the actual nutrients in the foods you eat.
Anyway, I doubt you know what nutrients are in the foods you eat or the foods you avoid.
