Dry:
75g Complete Pancake Mix (Extra Fluffy)
35g Cellucor Cor Performance Whey (Red Velvet)
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
Dash Sea Salt
Wet:
1 Egg
1 Egg White
50g Almond Milk (about 1/3 Cup)
35g Greek Yogurt (About 2 TBSP)
Topping/Filling:
40g Fat Free Cream Cheese (Melted)
Syrup (Optional)
Directions
Pre-Heat Waffle Iron to Medium Heat
Combine all Dry Ingredients (Pancake Mix, Whey, Baking Powder, Splenda, SF/FF Pudding Mix and Dash of Salt)
Crack Egg + Egg White and apply to dry, add almond milk, and lastly add yogurt.
Mix with hand blender or whisk until batter consistency is formed.

Repeat Process until all Waffles and Batter are done.
Microwave Cream Cheese in microwave for 20-25 seconds until it starts to melt. Apply as a glaze on top of waffles when complete to apply for decoration and flavor.
You can also add Any form of Syrup as well for flavor.

What happens when you've been Christmas shopping all day and decide at the last minute to get your tires replaced tonight, but you're hella hungry, 'cause all you've eaten today is a couple cheese and cracker samples at Costco? You come up with an impromptu fusion dinner: spicy ahi poke and multigrain tortilla chips. Picnic style.
Actually, I didn't have any utensils in the car, so I had to improvise with the chips. It's actually a pretty good combo. Lol
Sorry for the poor presentation. The poke container fell to the ground twice. Whoops. Good thing it was sealed tight.

Cellucor Sweet Potato Cinnamon Swirl Bread
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U481mWHlDsM
Recipe
Dry:
60g Complete Pancake Mix (Extra Fluffy)
25g Cor Performance Whey (Cinnamon Swirl)
3g Cinnamon
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
Wet:
1 egg
75g Sweet Potato (3 Oz)
35g Greek Yogurt (2 TBSP)
35g Almond Milk (2 TBSP)
Topping/Filling:
20g MyOatmeal.com PB Lean (as a glaze)
Directions
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees.
Combine all Dry in a mixing bowl (SF/FF Pudding Mix, Cinnamon, Splenda, Baking Powder, Whey)
Cook Sweet Potato, allow to cool, and then mash or use a blender to puree.
Add Sweet Potato, Egg, Almond Milk, and Greek Yogurt to dry ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer or a whisk until batter is formed.
Use cooking spray to coat small bread pans and dump batter half way up the pan so that when cooking it will not overflow the final product.
Bake 15-18 minutes until Bread is done (can use a toothpick to pick center, if it comes out clean it is completed) and then pull out of oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Take 20g of PB Lean in a small glass container and slowly add water until a glaze is formed. Drizzle on top of finished product as decoration.
Enjoy!
