    Some of my bro meals

Homemade "ratatouille": amazing. Dat der micros though

Went to the Mc Donald's to celebrate the last gymnastics training. It's been one year that I didn't eat McDo.. I don't regret it, I really don't like this place, and I was still so hungry after the meal and on top of that it's expensive.
20 chicken nuggets, a big Mac, Oreo and caramel Mc flurry.

Made a cherry calfoutis for my family. They said it was incredible (didn't even taste it).

Well today I had strip steak and 3 eggs with Rye Toast, and American Fries for breakfast.

Also Whey Protein Isolate (One scoop). So far I've consumed 1300 calories and for lunch Im having a baked potato with Chopped Steak and Veggies and a house salad. I don't believe red meat is bad for you. People who are afraid of red meat are crazy.

I stopped drinking a while ago, but that has been done multiple times. It's definitely a very close second, but I prefer Coke Zero just slightly.

From peterborough, but I work for a moving company, we stayed over in london one night and Dandy's was right beside the hotel, pretty good food the burger my buddy got was a good size too.

We hit the road at 6am to drive to Windsor to unload the person's stuff, so I had grabbed that the night before.

If I have to miss the gym for staying over for work, I better be getting some good meals in me (the 8oz smoked meat from Montreal was unreal, posted earlier)

True I know Peterborough. I don't live in London currently, but I know the city very well. If you ever travel back there for work shoot me a PM and I'll give you some good recommendations.

Don't really know what to call this. Just kinda threw it together with what I had on hand. I suppose it's a shirataki ramen with oyster mushrooms, rotisserie chicken, and a shoyu egg.

Nothing to them really. Just hard boiled eggs marinated in a sweet soy-based sauce. I take a shortcut. I use premade teriyaki sauce, add a teaspoon of raw sugar, more soy sauce, and a little bit of water. I heat up the sauce until the sugar dissolves. I put the eggs in a mason jar, pour the sauce in, and let them sit for a few hours. The sweet and savory eggs taste great in soup or just on their own.
