There's probably not any greater a taste to price ratio than charcoal grilled boneless chicken thighs.

I love them!
At times they can be more satiating than cooked because they take a longer time to eat and the longer chewing process.
Satiation isn't much of an issue either when your on 3200 calories lol
Regular store bought pb "/ I have roasted almonds but have just been too lazy and forgetful to make some lolMy Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169516313

@ chopsticks
I have probably only used chopsticks like 5 times in my life, but people who have tried and failed are probably the same people who never learned to write.
I mean, if you can't work a set of chopsticks, how do you manage to write with a pen(cil)?

Lol, really?
Slightly larger res; I'm from northern europe. :P This img is ~215 lb though, so I'm slightly less round by now.
Quick meal:
Bell peppers on top of onions. Quick sauté before moving on.
While that's going on, prepare a can of tuna and the spices of your choice
Add the tuna and move it around real quick, break the tuna up into small pieces. As soon as you've done that, add the eggs that you've already beaten, to break up the whites. (you should really read the instructions all the way through before starting to cook). I used 4 eggs.
