how about meals NOT eating now ?? because i just had to say no to some early easter hot cross buns (provided for free at a work morning breakfast) ... I just can't fit them into the planned macros for the day so they were all devoured by others in front of me.. the pain was agonizing.

Was supposed to be my lunch "shake" haha, ended up being way too thick and volumenous, but none the less the best shake/icecreamthingy EVER. 70g blueberries, 150g mixed forestberries, 40g strawberries, 60g raspberries. 50g milk, 50g "skyr" (like greek yoghurt but with a very high protein to fat ratio), blended for ages. Topped with a tiny bit of vanilla powder, honey and homemade granula.
My PWO right now: Toasted sandwich with 30g peanut butter, 25g poverty nutella (actually tastes better than actual nutalle - no hate, nutella is good but very rich), a banana and a sliced strawberry that can't be seen. washed down with PWO shake, leg day hnnng.

More Japan-eats
ramen:
pizza (in Japan)
soba with eel. I didn't know what type of soba I was ordering so I got eel unintentionally, but it wasn't bad
ramen
tempura soba
My all time favorite snack/dessert: dorayaki. Basically a pancake shell with "red bean" filling. Soooooo good. Normally they come in smaller sizes but as you can see this one is huge. Still ate it all though lol
"burnt" ramen

banana choco swirl soft serve
some sushi. As you can see, the sushi is wrapped in a thin layer of egg; underneath the sushi is a mild layer of cheese (?) and rice
