Here's a 42" pizza from Big Lou's in San Antonio.
Also will be going to Franklin Barbecue tomorrow. Hopefully it's as good as they say.

Went to Franklin Barbecue. #1 BBQ in the U.S. according to Bon Apetite.
1/4 lb Brisket
1/4 lb Turkey
1/4 lb sausage
1/4 lb ribs
Tipsy Texan burger (chopped brisket, sliced sausage, coleslaw and pickles)
Waited in line for 3 hrs & 30 minutes. But it was a fun time waiting in line and it flew by quickly.

I don't always make pancakes, but when I do, it takes a sh*tload of time and it's a fail anyway...
Chocolate coconut flavour.. I was going for an ice cream-like consistency for the topping, but failed.
Pancakes:
150g oat flour (blended oats)
3 small eggs
120ml skimmed milk
stevia
vanilla extract
baking powder
Topping:
100 g fat free cottage cheese
40 g yogurt
60 g frozen banana (I was hoping this would get me to the chilled, creamy consistency)
15 g choc coconut protein
5 g cocoa
stevia
1 egg white
+ some dark chocolate (the 1st batch also had shredded coconut on top, just didn't have macros left for the 2nd portion)
The pancakes had a very similar consistency to flapjacks, quite heavy, chewy and dry. Not bad at all, but not what I was going after here. Perhaps needs more eggs?
The topping was a fail completely.. not sure why, it just did not get cold enough in the freezer (the primary goal) and the consistency wasn't as thick as I wanted.
Will try a few more variations in the future for sure, until I get the perfect recipe. But for the more experienced pancake gurus - feel free to give me advice / your favorite recipe

Pancakes are dry because you used oatmeal. Use flour or pancake mix they will come out 100x better. Oatmeal is a bad source for pancakes because of the texture and density
Check out the pancake recipes on my youtube (Bkupniewski) they look like the pics above. Not the best by all means, but may help with your rising, better texture, and better final product for a lower caloric alternative.

Cellucor S’mores Layered Protein Cake
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rJ50ox10yg
Recipe
Dry:
50g Complete Pancake Mix (Extra Fluffy)
1 Scoop Cor Performance Whey S’mores Flavor (34g)
Dash Baking Powder (3g)
Dash Splenda (3g)
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
Dash Salt
Wet:
1 Whole Egg
3 TBSP Greek Yogurt (50g)
Dash Almond Milk (15g)
Topping/Filling:
1 Crushed Graham Cracker
50g Greek Yogurt + 20g Marshmallow Fluff
1 TBSP Chocolate Syrup (10g)
Directions
1. Combine All Dry Ingredients into a mixing bowl (Whey, Salt, SF/FF Pudding Mix, Splenda, Baking Powder, and Pancake Mix) and set aside.
2. Crack Egg into mixture, add greek yogurt, and add dash of almond milk. Mix with a spoon or a whisk until batter is formed.
3. Take a 3-4 Cup Circular Tupperware container and coat with cooking spray, transfer batter, and microwave for 3-3.5 minutes on a medium power (prevents overcooking of final product)
4. Mix Greek ygorut + Marshmallow fluff in a small dish and set aside (as a layering for final product), crush graham cracker into pieces for decoration on top of the cake (set aside), and have chocolate syrup out for drizzle.
5. Once Cake is complete, cut into thirds, and layer with the marshmallow Greek yogurt filling. Stack Cake after layered and top with crushed graham cracker and drizzle chocolate syrup to complete S’mores Cake
